What You’ll Be Doing:
In their award-winning Corporate & M&A practice, you’ll structure and steer high-impact transactions from inception through completion, collaborating with senior partners and specialist teams.
- Structure, draft & negotiate takeover schemes and sale agreements
- Lead cross-jurisdictional due diligence and valuation workshops
- Advise on regulatory clearances, FIRB & capital markets processes
- Drive client presentations, board papers and post-deal integration
What You’ll Bring: - Fully qualified as a lawyer with admission to practice in Victoria
- 5+ years’ PQE in M&A, corporate advisory or related disciplines
- Outstanding deal-management, drafting & stakeholder skills
- Experience with cross-border transactions and regulatory filings
- A collaborative, solutions-oriented and client-focused mindset
