• $150,000-$190,000 package, plus annual performance bonus and incentives
• Full-time or 4 days per week available
• 8.30am-5pm hours with a one-hour lunch break

About the role
 
You'll manage your own family law files while working in a collegiate team that shares knowledge, collaborates regularly and supports high standards of client service.

• Run files independently
• Delegate to and mentor junior solicitors
• Handle divorce, child custody, property and complex financial matters
• Undertake appearance work if desired
• Network with referral sources and organisations
• Maintain professionalism, ethics and client confidentiality
• Work without needing to create your own bills

 
What you'll bring

• 5+ years' experience in Family Law
• Ability to run matters independently and manage client relationships
• Experience across divorce, parenting, property and complex financial matters
• A calm, ethical and professional approach
• Willingness to mentor junior solicitors
• Strong communication, organisation and client care skills
• Interest in growing your career within a specialist family law practice
