Location: Northern Brisbane | $110,000 - $160,000 DOE

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Family Lawyer to take on a leadership role within a firm that genuinely values your work-life balance. You will manage a varied caseload of family law matters, ranging from financial settlements and property disputes to parenting and child support cases. You’ll also have the opportunity to mentor junior lawyers, helping them develop their skills and advance in their careers. Whether you’re looking for flexibility in your schedule, a work-from-home arrangement, or the chance to work with a dedicated and supportive team, this role has it all.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a broad range of family law matters, including property division and parenting disputes
  • Mentor and lead junior lawyers, helping them to grow professionally
  • Handle client consultations, court proceedings, and mediations
  • Collaborate with the firm’s leadership to drive its success and reputation
Key Requirements:
  • Admitted as a solicitor in Queensland with 4+ years PAE in Family Law
  • Solid experience in managing complex family law cases
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with a client-focused approach
  • Ability to work independently and within a close-knit team
