About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned Family Lawyer to offer compassionate and expert legal guidance to clients navigating some of life's most challenging moments.
  
This position can be based in Melbourne, Preston or Frankston in VIC. In this role, you’ll handle a broad range of family law matters, including:

• Divorce and separation
• Child custody and parenting arrangements
• Property settlements and financial disputes
• Mediation and dispute resolution 

About the Company:

Skills and Experience Required:

• An Australian practising certificate and a minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in Family Law.
• A deep understanding of the Family Law Act and related legislation.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
• A high level of empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• The ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines effectively.
• A genuine commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
