About the Position:

This is a rare opportunity to work directly with top-tier, award-winning partners, in a firm that rivals the best international players in the market. 

Our client is searching for a high-achieving TMT Lawyer (3–6 PQE) with the ambition, intellect, and drive to excel in this cutting-edge space. You will be at the forefront of:

• Major telecommunications transactions & regulatory frameworks
• High-profile media and digital infrastructure deals
• Complex technology contracts, data regulation & cyber law
• M&A, competition law & licensing in the TMT sector
• Groundbreaking policy and regulatory advisory work

This is a fast-paced, intellectually challenging role where you’ll be strategising with clients, leading negotiations, and influencing major industry developments.
Key Requirements:

• 3–5 years’ PQE in TMT, technology, or commercial law
• Exceptional academic record and experience in high-calibre transactions
• Proven ability to handle complex regulatory & commercial TMT matters
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to work under pressure
• Experience in a top-tier, international, or specialist boutique firm preferred
