The Role:

This is a unique opportunity to work on high-quality family law matters in a firm that sets industry standards. You will manage a diverse caseload, including:

• Complex property settlements, parenting disputes, and financial agreements
• Mediation and dispute resolution strategies
• High-net-worth and intricate family law cases

This role also provides the chance to mentor junior lawyers and contribute to the firm's long-term success.

What You Need to Succeed:

• 5–8+ years of post-admission experience in family law (private practice only)
• Expertise in handling complex family law matters with a strong track record of success
• Ability to meet billable targets (5–8 hours per day) while maintaining high client service standards
• Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring junior lawyers
• A commitment to client care and achieving the best legal outcomes
