They are now expanding their North Lakes office and seeking a Family Lawyer with a minimum of five years’ post-admission experience. Join a team where your potential is recognised, your contributions are nurtured, and your future progression is clearly mapped.

About the Role: This position is ideal for a Family Lawyer seeking not only meaningful legal work but a defined pathway to seniority. You'll join a talented team of 15+ legal professionals and take on complex, career-advancing files including:
  • High-value property settlements and financial agreements
  • Divorce, de facto, and same-sex relationship matters
  • Parenting disputes, relocation, and child support issues
  • Spousal maintenance and litigation
The firm provides structured mentorship and regular check-ins to help you progress from Solicitor to Senior Associate—and potentially into practice leadership roles. You'll work closely with senior lawyers and directors, gaining insight into business strategy, team development, and client management at a high level.

Key Requirements:
  • 5+ years PAE in family law (private practice preferred)
  • Skilled in independently managing complex matters
  • Strong advocacy, negotiation, and client relationship management
  • Team-oriented with a desire to mentor junior lawyers
  • Interest in long-term career progression and leadership development
