About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Associate or Special Counsel-level Family Lawyer with at least 5 years post-admission experience to join a Sydney CBD office.
You’ll provide expert legal advice across a range of family law matters including:
  • Divorce and separation
  • Property settlements and financial agreements
  • Parenting disputes and child support matters
  • De facto and same-sex relationship matters
  • Relocation and intervention orders
You’ll manage your own caseload, work closely with a national team of family law experts, and contribute to business development through strong client relationships and referral networks. You’ll also have the opportunity to supervise and mentor junior lawyers while continuing to grow through regular training and senior-level development pathways.

Key Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years PAE in Family Law (exclusive practice)
  • Ability to manage matters autonomously and provide strategic legal advice
  • Strong client management, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to develop referral relationships and contribute to growth
  • Interest or experience in mentoring junior lawyers
  • Commercially savvy with excellent time management
