About the Position:

This is a hands-on role in a close-knit Family Law team where you’ll work directly with two experienced Principals. You’ll manage a varied and high-quality caseload — from divorce and property matters to complex parenting and cross-jurisdictional issues. The team values smart, strategic thinking paired with a down-to-earth, solutions-focused approach.

Key Requirements:

• Relevant qualification in Law and admission to practice in Victoria
• 5–8 years’ PAE in family law
• Strong drafting and client relationship skills
• Committed to achieving practical, respectful resolutions
