About the Position:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Family Lawyer to join our client’s esteemed team. In this role, you will manage a diverse range of family law cases, including property settlements, parenting orders, de facto and same-sex relationships, divorce, mediation, and domestic violence. You will also mentor junior lawyers and contribute strategically to the growth of the family law division. This role offers flexible work-from-home arrangements and a clearly defined pathway to partnership, ensuring both professional advancement and personal flexibility.

Pathway to Partnership:

This role offers a transparent and structured pathway to partnership. Within 2 to 3 years, you will have the opportunity to progress to Partner, provided you meet performance and leadership benchmarks. You will receive regular performance reviews, mentorship from existing partners, and access to professional development resources to support your journey.

Key Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years PAE in Family Law, ideally within a private practice
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex family law matters independently
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Commitment to achieving billable targets and contributing to the team's success
