Our client is a leading boutique family law firm in Sydney, renowned for its exceptional culture, high-quality work and the firm is led by two Accredited Specialists. This position would suit a career - motivated family lawyer with 2 years + minimum PAE accrued in Family Law

The firm regularly appears in the Family Court and Federal Circuit Court in property and parenting matters and its client base includes mums and dads, same-sex couples, high-net-worth individuals, business people, celebrities and sporting professionals
The Role As a Family Lawyer with our client, you will manage a mix of property and parenting matters, appearing in directions hearings, mediations, and conciliation conferences. This role offers exposure to interesting and challenging work while helping you develop professionally in a structured, career-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage family law matters independently and collaboratively.
- Appear in hearings, mediations, and conferences.
- Prepare court documents, Consent Orders, Financial Agreements, and Child Support Agreements.
- Conduct mediations and other alternative dispute resolution processes.
- Contribute to the success of junior lawyers through guidance and mentorship.
About You - Experience: At least 2 years PAE in Family Law, ideally from a reputable Sydney CBD-based firm.
