What You’ll Be Doing:

Working within a small leadership team in a growing Melbourne North office, you will:

• Conduct client interviews to identify needs and outline legal strategies.
• Draft and review legal documents including contracts, wills, statements of claim and settlement agreements.
• Represent clients in court, tribunals and mediation sessions.
• Manage files end-to-end, liaising with external stakeholders and maintaining clear records.

What You’ll Bring:

• Admission to practice law in Victoria and a relevant law degree.
• Proven litigation experience with drafting and representation in court settings.
• Strong communication, negotiation and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage workload under pressure, prioritise tasks and collaborate effectively.
