Vacancy for a Family Lawyer with 2–3 years PAE to join a respected Sydney CBD boutique firm specialising exclusively in family law. In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience while working closely with two Special Counsel, supporting their matters and benefiting from direct mentorship. About the position:

Our client is seeking a passionate and capable Family Lawyer with 2–3 years post-admission experience to join their expanding team. You will manage a stimulating mix of files, including:

• Parenting disputes, including relocation and recovery matters
• Property settlements involving businesses, trusts and high-value assets
• Binding financial agreements and consent orders
• Divorce and child support agreements
• Complex and sensitive family violence issues

You’ll work directly with senior family lawyers and have access to mentorship and CPD support, enabling strong career development.
This position suits someone with excellent client rapport skills, a genuine interest in family law, and the ability to manage files with empathy and professionalism.

Key Requirements:

• 2–3 years PAE in family law (essential)
• Demonstrated experience managing a range of parenting and property files
• Strong communication and client management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Driven, empathetic, and committed to delivering client outcomes
