What you’ll be doing

You’ll run a broad range of family law files with guidance from senior practitioners, covering divorce, parenting, property settlements and financial agreements.

• Manage files from client intake to resolution
• Draft applications, affidavits and consent orders
• Represent clients at mediations and hearings
• Collaborate with senior lawyers on strategy

What you’ll bring

• 2–4 years’ PQE in family law
• Solid litigation and advocacy experience
• Strong drafting and client advisory skills
• Drive for progression and professional growth
