Our client is seeking an experienced Family Lawyer (4+ years PAE) to join their team with an immediate start available. The firm offers excellent Paralegal and Family Law Secretarial Support. 

This firm has been servicing the North Shore community for over 30 years and holds an excellent reputation with beautiful offices located in the heart of North Sydney. 

You'll take carriage of a mixed family law caseload and be trusted to work with autonomy. While the role requires independence, you’ll have a collaborative team to lean on, and realistic expectations around budget and billables.

Key matter types include:

• Property settlements and complex financial matters
• Parenting disputes and mediation
• Binding Financial Agreements (BFAs)

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years PAE in family law
• Strong experience appearing in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia
• Proficient in drafting court documents and advising clients
• Confident representing clients in mediations and FDRs
• Technologically proficient and process-driven
