What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll manage a varied family law caseload, complex property and parenting matters, whilst supported by partners who prioritise learning and professional development.
- Handle a mix of property settlements, parenting matters & mediations
- Appear in the Federal Circuit and Family Court with support from senior lawyers
- Draft consent orders, binding agreements and negotiation documents
- Build rapport with clients and develop your own client relationships
What You’ll Bring - Admitted to practice in VIC with 3–5 years’ PQE in family law
- Confident file management and client-facing communication
- Strong advocacy, drafting and attention to detail
