What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll handle a diverse mix of family law matters and support junior lawyers as the firm grows. This is a career-defining senior role within a progressive boutique practice.

• Manage complex parenting, property and financial settlement files
• Mentor junior lawyers and assist in developing team processes
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations and court proceedings
• Collaborate with accredited specialists on high-value matters

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum 5 years’ PQE in family law
• Strong drafting and advocacy skills with a practical approach
• Confidence to mentor and guide junior lawyers
