What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll handle a mix of advisory, transactional and contentious employment matters while learning from approachable, accredited leaders.
- Advise on employment contracts, terminations and compliance
- Represent clients in Fair Work and discrimination proceedings
- Draft agreements, policies and restraint clauses
- Collaborate with clients on workplace strategy and dispute resolution
What You’ll Bring - Minimum 4–6 years’ PQE in employment law (private practice preferred)
- Solid training and experience with reputable firms
- Practical, commercial mindset and clear client communication
- Desire to build expertise and grow within a supportive team
