What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll oversee complex employment and workplace relations matters while mentoring junior lawyers and driving the practice strategically.
- Advise employers on executive contracts, compliance & disputes
- Represent clients in FWC, discrimination and IR matters
- Collaborate with directors on team strategy & growth initiatives
What You’ll Bring - 8-10 years’ PQE in employment law (private practice)
- Transferable practice of around $200K+ required
- Proven leadership & business development capability
- Pragmatic, commercial approach with mentoring experience
