What You’ll Be Doing

Reporting to the Family Law Principal, you will handle a consistent flow of matters and develop confidence in both written and oral advocacy. This role suits someone who enjoys responsibility and wants to build capability quickly with the support of an experienced team.

• Manage parenting and property matters with supervision
• Draft affidavits, court applications and settlement documents
• Support mediations and negotiations
• Prepare briefs and assist with appearances
• Conduct research and maintain accurate file notes

What You’ll Bring

• 3-4 years PQE in family law
• Confident drafting skills and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritise in a busy environment
• A professional and reliable approach to client service
