What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll join the Melbourne banking & finance team advising on corporate, property, agribusiness and trade finance matters for major banks and lenders.
- Draft and negotiate facility agreements and security documents
- Participate in regulatory due diligence and structuring
- Assist partners in client-facing negotiations and closings
- Manage transaction documentation, reporting and compliance
What You’ll Bring - 3–5 yrs PAE in front-end banking & finance transactions
- Proven skills in finance documentation and negotiation
- Commercial mindset and client‑service orientation
- Comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively
