About the Position: Our client is looking for an

- Experience acting for employers (mid–top tier or quality boutique background highly regarded)
- Solid experience in some or all of: unfair dismissal, general protections, EA work, discrimination, investigations or employment advisory
- Strong drafting and advisory skills, with a commercial, solutions-focused approach
- Confidence managing client relationships and running matters appropriate to your level
- A collaborative mindset and interest in mentoring junior lawyers and graduates over time
- Genuine desire to build a long-term career in employment law within a strong platform
On Offer: Our client offers:
- Career Progression: Clear, transparent pathway to Senior Associate, Special Counsel and leadership roles, with real partnership potential for the right person
- Quality Work: Exposure to complex, strategically significant employment and IR matters with broad commercial impact, including multi-million-dollar claims and major investigations

- Flexible Working: Hybrid work options and sensible hours, with flexibility to accommodate family, study or other personal commitments
