About the Position: An exciting opportunity exists for a Lawyer or Associate with a passion for Workplace Relations, Employment and Safety to join our client’s well-established Brisbane team. This position offers the chance to collaborate with highly regarded Partners and a supportive, tight-knit team known for their excellence in ER/IR and WHS legal work.
You will work across a broad spectrum of matters including:
- Employment law advisory
- General protections and unfair dismissal claims
- Enterprise bargaining and industrial disputes
- Work Health and Safety investigations and litigation
Expect to handle sophisticated, high-impact matters for a diverse portfolio of clients across the private and public sectors. You'll be mentored by recognised experts while enjoying genuine opportunities to fast-track your development.
Key Requirements: - 3–5 years PAE in Employment or Safety Law (private practice)
- Solid understanding of the Fair Work Act, WHS legislation and industrial relations frameworks
- Proven ability to manage advisory and litigious WRES matters
- Strong client engagement and drafting skills
- A collaborative attitude with commercial sensibility
