Our client is seeking a motivated Employment Lawyer who would like to focus on conducting complex Workplace Investigations join their expanding Sydney CBD practice. Our client is trusted by high-profile blue chip corporate and government clients to manage sensitive and high-stakes workplace matters.
Salary and Features of the position: - This position is open to Employment Lawyers of all experienc eranges from 2 PAE Onwards : Salary Guide of $110,000 - $180,000

About the position:
In this role, you'll take the lead on conducting independent workplace investigations, often involving sensitive allegations such as:
- Bullying and harassment
- Discrimination and misconduct
- Breaches of internal policies or codes of conduct
- Grievances and conflict within teams
- WHS-related incidents
You will manage investigations end-to-end – from interviewing witnesses and reviewing evidence, through to preparing detailed investigation reports and recommendations for clients.
This role requires a high degree of professionalism, discretion, and an ability to remain impartial under pressure.
The role may also involve advising on employment law matters, unfair dismissal, general protections, and managing risk in the workplace. You will have autonomy over files, but also be supported by a collaborative and experienced national team.

Key Requirements: - 2 + years’ PAE in employment law, industrial relations or regulatory investigations
- Demonstrated experience conducting or advising on workplace investigations
- Ability to manage a diverse, high-volume workload and be able to meet agreed deadlines and client timeframes.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to conduct witness interviews confidently and when required, in a culturally sensitive way
- Technologically savvy and comfortable with case management software
