About the role!

You will manage a varied general personal injury caseload, with autonomy appropriate to your level and senior support available when needed. The role offers plenty of client contact and a broad mix of plaintiff compensation work.

• Motor vehicle accident claims
• Workplace injury claims
• Public liability claims
• Medical negligence claims
• Asbestos claims
• Superannuation claims
• File management and claim progression
• Client communication and matter preparation
• Team collaboration with experienced senior lawyers

What you'll bring!

• 3+ years’ experience in personal injury law (private practice experience is highly desirable)
• Private practice experience
• Ability to handle files with some autonomy
• Strong communication skills
• Client-focused approach
• Teamwork and collaboration
• High attention to detail
