About the Firm
National law firm with offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth
Specialises in insurance, corporate & commercial, workplace relations & safety, commercial litigation, property, and health law
Known for delivering strategic and practical legal advice with a strong client focus
About the Position
Work on complex financial lines and professional indemnity matters
Handle a diverse range of disputes, including:
Professional negligence
Misleading or deceptive conduct
Minority shareholder oppression
Wrongful dismissal
Insurance coverage issues
Manage professional indemnity claims for insurance brokers
Advise on disputes arising from financial lines, public liability, and ISR policies
Navigate coverage issues such as aggregation, non-disclosure, and notification
About You
1–3 years PAE, ideally in general insurance litigation, financial lines, professional indemnity, or directors & officers (D&O) claims
Experience analysing high-volume data sets and evidence
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proven time management skills and ability to handle competing priorities
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
