The Role:

You’ll take the lead on a range of residential conveyancing matters, advising clients through every step of the transaction. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with a forward-thinking partner and utilise modern tools to streamline property transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end conveyancing files with confidence
• Advise on Contracts of Sale and handle complex property matters
• Prepare settlement documentation, PEXA lodgements and Land Registry forms
• Provide exceptional client service and maintain clear communication throughout

About You:

• 2–4 years' experience in Victorian conveyancing
• Strong understanding of residential property transactions
• Ability to work independently with the support of a collaborative team
• Proficient in PEXA and comfortable with digital conveyancing systems
• Excellent attention to detail and strong client management skills
