They are recognised for their expertise in commercial advisory, franchising law, property transactions, and complex dispute resolution. About the position:
 
 
This is a hands-on role for a proactive Commericial Litigation Lawyer who thrives in a high-performance environment and enjoys working on files from inception to resolution.
 
 
You will manage a diverse caseload including contractual disputes, franchising litigation, shareholder disagreements, property-related litigation, and insolvency matters.

The role will see you working closely with directors, business owners, and franchise networks, providing strategic advice and running matters through all stages of negotiation, mediation, and litigation.

Key Requirements:
  • 4–10 years + PAE in Commercial litigation
  • Experience with franchising disputes and property-related litigation advantageous
  • Exceptional legal drafting, negotiation, and court advocacy skills
  • Proven experience in being able to handle clients independently
