About the position: This is a hands-on role for a proactive Commericial Litigation Lawyer who thrives in a high-performance environment and enjoys working on files from inception to resolution.
You will manage a diverse caseload including contractual disputes, franchising litigation, shareholder disagreements, property-related litigation, and insolvency matters.
The role will see you working closely with directors, business owners, and franchise networks, providing strategic advice and running matters through all stages of negotiation, mediation, and litigation.

Key Requirements: - 4–10 years + PAE in Commercial litigation
