About the Position:

You’ll act for major insurers across public liability and personal injury claims, contributing to a growing national practice while enjoying structured mentoring and a strong team dynamic. The position also offers excellent litigation exposure across claims strategy, court work and client interaction. There’s room to learn, lead, and find your rhythm.

Key Requirements:

• Relevant legal qualification and admission to practice law in Victoria
• 3–5 years' PAE in Insurance law, ideally with experience gained in personal injury
• Strong drafting and file management skills
• Someone who values team culture and consistency in delivery
