Lead complex WorkCover and disciplinary matters at a premier Melbourne CBD practice, deepening your regulatory defence expertise.

About the Firm:

Our client is one of Australia’s leading personal injury specialists, having recently launched a new Melbourne CBD office. The firm handles the full spectrum of workers’ compensation and related regulatory matters, collaborating with leading barristers to deliver tailored advocacy and exceptional results.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As part of a close-knit team, you will:

• Research complex compensation issues and draft strategic advices.
• Oversee file management from client intake through to appeals.
• Prepare briefs, applications and court documents for hearings.
• Liaise with regulators, barristers and clients throughout each matter.

What You’ll Bring:

• 3–5 years PQE in WorkCover
• In-depth knowledge of the Victorian workers’ compensation scheme.
• Strong advocacy, negotiation and written-communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage a busy caseload with autonomy.
