Experienced Lawyer with expertise in Personal Injury Law wanted for nationally established law firm

About:
A nationally established and reputable law firm is looking for a lawyer with extensive experience in Personal Injury to join their Insurance Team at the Senior Associate level. The firm sports a cohesive and supportive team culture, with the experienced and capable support staff at the backs of each of its lawyers. This role is best suited for candidates with aspirations to set roots at a flourishing company and an approach that champions communication, diligence and collaboration.
Conditions for Success:
Minimum 5 Years PQE in Personal Injury and Insurance Law
Adept commercial acumen, and ability to interact with clients from a range of backgrounds, industries and sectors
Your Responsibilities:
Reviewing files and preparing tailored advice to clients, including advice on indemnity issues.
Establish and maintain client relationships and expectations through regular and effective communication.
Conducting litigation;
Manage files independently and approach your cases holistically, integrating broader perspectives and client-related factors
Preparing court documents, including statements of evidence;
Drafting correspondence and communicating with other practitioners, third parties and stakeholders.
Appearing before Courts of all levels;
