What you’ll be doing

You’ll manage a caseload of personal injury matters, including workplace accidents, medical negligence and public liability claims. Expect a mix of independent work and collaboration with senior colleagues.

• Interview and advise injured clients
• Prepare pleadings, affidavits and briefs
• Engage in negotiations and mediations
• Conduct appearances and progress files

What you’ll bring

• Minimum 3 years’ PQE in plaintiff personal injury
• Strong advocacy and drafting skills
