About the Team
You'll join a small, collaborative team that includes:

• A principal-led practice with a clear focus on growth and succession
• Two experienced family lawyers you'll be working alongside directly
• Dedicated paralegal and administrative support

The practice places real emphasis on mentorship and hands-on development from its principals, with a culture built around personal service rather than volume — you won't be just a number, and neither will your clients.

About the Role

• Run a caseload of family law matters — property settlements, parenting disputes, financial agreements and family violence/intervention order matters — with a high degree of autonomy
• Work closely with the practice's principals as the firm continues to grow
• Bring, develop and grow your own client relationships and referral network over time
• Play an active role in the practice's business development and profile-building
• Be recognised as a senior voice with a genuine trajectory toward equity partnership

Salary & Features of the position:

• $170,000 - $200,000 Guide Range, dependent on experience

Requirements:

• 7+ years' or more PAE in Family Law

• Confidence running property settlements and parenting matters independently
• Strong drafting, negotiation and advocacy skills
• A collaborative, team-first mindset suited to a close-knit practice
