About the Company:
Our client is a full-service firm supporting private businesses, family groups and individuals across tax, property, employment, estate planning, commercial law and disputes. The Litigation & Dispute Resolution team plays a central role — trusted to handle high-value, often complex disputes. Their lawyers enjoy the quality and variety of work found in mid-tier firms, without the layers or red tape.
About the Position:
You’ll join a tightly coordinated litigation team that operates across commercial disputes including contract claims, tax matters, partnership breakdowns, leasing issues and more. You’ll work closely with multiple Directors, gain exposure to varied legal issues, and help shape strategic decisions. The team environment is balanced — supportive without micromanagement — and structured for long-term growth.
Key Requirements: - Minimum 5 years’ PAE in commercial litigation
- Exposure to a mix of disputes – from contracts to employment or leasing
- Ambitious team player with a stable work history
- Insolvency experience a bonus but not required
