Our client is seeking a skilled Senior Commercial Litigation Lawyer (5 years + PAE)
to join their Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution team.
Our client is a prominent commercial law firm with deep expertise in property, franchising, and commercial advisory. Known for its client-first philosophy, the firm is highly regarded for navigating complex legal matters across multiple jurisdictions
On Offer: - $150,000 - $200,000 Salary Range | Can be negotiated

About the Position:This is a rare opportunity to step into a leadership role, working directly with high-end clients and contributing to the growth of a thriving practice. You’ll enjoy exposure to complex matters across multiple commercial sectors with strong support and autonomy.
Key responsibilities include: - Leading end-to-end management of litigation matters across tribunals and superior courts
- Advising on disputes relating to franchising, real estate, contracts, IP, and employment
- Representing clients in mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings
- Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers and paralegals
- Collaborating closely with partners on strategic litigation planning
- Engaging with high-quality clients, including developers, franchisors, and corporates
This role is ideal for a litigation lawyer ready to take the next step in seniority, contribute meaningfully to a well-established practice, and enjoy recognition for performance and initiative.
Key Requirements: - Minimum 5 years’ PAE in commercial litigation or dispute resolution
- Strong experience handling complex matters in courts and tribunals
- Excellent drafting, advocacy, and negotiation skills

- Ability to lead files independently and supervise juniors
