About the Position: Our client is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Lawyer ready to move into a Senior Associate role. This is your chance to work closely with an established litigation Partner who places genuine emphasis on mentoring, developing future leaders, and fostering a cohesive, high-trust team environment.

You’ll be at the forefront of managing complex, high-value disputes. These include contractual breaches, shareholder and partnership disagreements, regulatory matters, and commercial claims involving intellectual property and trade practices.

Key Requirements:

• 5–10 years PAE with a solid foundation in commercial litigation
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex disputes autonomously
• Strong legal drafting, advocacy, and client advisory skills
• A collaborative mindset with a willingness to support and mentor peers
• Career-focused with a desire to grow within a well-respected litigation team
