About the Position: An exciting opportunity has opened for a Senior Corporate/Commercial Lawyer to take a leadership role in the firm’s expanding Brisbane team.

This position will place you at the centre of complex commercial work involving mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, shareholder agreements, corporate governance, restructures, and broader business advisory. You’ll advise high-profile clients in diverse sectors including technology, healthcare, property, finance, and more.

Beyond the legal work, you’ll also have the opportunity to mentor junior colleagues, develop lasting client relationships, and play an integral role in firm strategy and client delivery.

Key Requirements:

• 4–6+ years PAE in corporate and commercial law
