About the Position:
Work end-to-end on wills, enduring powers, probate and sophisticated trust structures. You will design asset-protection strategies, oversee trust variations and guide clients through intergenerational wealth transfers—all while nurturing existing referrer relationships and attending select networking events alongside the Principal.
Key Requirements: - Current Victorian practising certificate
- 2+ years PAE in Wills & Estates with demonstrable trusts experience
- Precise drafter and empathetic communicator who thrives on autonomy and client care
