About the Position:

An opportunity is now available for a Lawyer or Associate to join our client’s Specialty Lines team in Brisbane. The role involves advising and defending a variety of professional indemnity, D&O, construction liability, property damage, and policy coverage matters.

You’ll work with a sophisticated client base, including major insurers, Lloyd’s syndicates, brokers, and corporates on both litigated and advisory work. With a flexible approach to file allocation, you’ll be encouraged to play to your strengths and interests, developing technical and strategic expertise across a broad insurance litigation portfolio.

Key Requirements:

• 5 years' PAE in insurance litigation or dispute resolution
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Excellent attention to detail and client communication
• Previous experience with professional indemnity or financial lines matters (preferred)
