About the position:

Our client is seeking a Litigation Lawyer to join their expanding Dispute Resolution team. This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated legal professional who thrives in managing a mix of litigation matters and wants to be part of a firm that values both professional growth and work-life balance.
In this role, you will handle:

• A diverse range of civil and commercial litigation files
• Contractual and shareholder disputes
• Debt recovery, property disputes, and professional negligence claims
• Pre-litigation strategy, negotiations, and court proceedings
• Working closely with senior lawyers and partners on high-value matters

This is a high-performing yet down-to-earth team that values initiative, autonomy, and a genuine passion for dispute resolution.

Key Requirements:

• 3–6+ years PAE with strong litigation experience (private practice experience needed)
• Previous exposure to commercial or civil disputes
• Proven ability to manage matters independently
• Strong written advocacy and communication skills
• Driven, proactive and client-focused approach

• Salary package between $120K–$150K + Super ( depending on experience)
