What You’ll Be Doing
You will play a pivotal role in building a stronger commercial litigation footprint while maintaining your own high level practice.
- Managing and supervising a portfolio of commercial disputes
- Overseeing appearances, counsel engagement and negotiation processes
- Advising businesses and executives on litigation risk and commercial strategy
- Mentoring senior associates and associates in disputes work
- Identifying opportunities to expand the practice through existing client networks
- Working closely with partners across corporate, property and advisory teams
