The disputes team works cohesively, sharing knowledge and encouraging open discussion about case strategies. Lawyers are trusted to manage their workload with flexibility while still having access to support when needed.

What you’ll be doing
You will manage a varied commercial litigation caseload with exposure to insolvency and regulatory matters. This position suits someone seeking meaningful work without the pressures often associated with larger firms.

• Handle contractual disputes, commercial recoveries and misleading conduct claims
• Act in insolvency related matters involving enforcement and asset protection
• Prepare pleadings, submissions and evidence with support from senior colleagues
• Attend mediations, file reviews and case planning sessions
• Work closely with clients who value practical, solution focused advice

What you’ll bring

• Min 4 years PQE in commercial litigation
• Practical understanding of insolvency matters or willingness to grow in this area
• Strong communication skills and an organised approach to workload management
• Commitment to contributing to a positive and respectful team culture
