About the Role: As the Head of Property Law, you’ll lead with heart and purpose—overseeing a wide range of property law matters while cultivating a team culture rooted in respect, transparency and shared growth.
You’ll manage your own files, while mentoring junior lawyers and helping to build a division that values trust, communication and collaboration. No micromanaging, no egos—just a team working together to deliver quality outcomes in a supportive space.

Matters will include:
  • Residential conveyancing and off-the-plan purchases
  • Commercial property transactions and leasing
  • Subdivisions, property development and related advisory work
You’ll have the opportunity to guide a small but growing team, contribute to firm strategy, and enjoy the day-to-day benefits of a genuinely connected legal workplace.

Key Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years PAE in Property Law
  • Warm, approachable leadership style and team-first mindset
  • Confident across a broad range of property transactions
  • Keen to mentor others and contribute to a healthy culture
  • Holds an Australian practising certificate
