Our client is a respected national law firm known for delivering exceptional results across commercial property law. About the Position: This is a career-defining opportunity for a Senior Associate to join a premier Commercial Property practice based in Brisbane, with a genuine commitment to flexibility and work-from-home options. You’ll be supported by a progressive leadership team and a leading Partner, renowned for their work in high-value leasing and property development matters.

You’ll play a key role in complex transactions involving:
  • Major commercial, retail, and rural property acquisitions
  • Structured title developments and mixed-use projects
  • Commercial, industrial, and retail leasing portfolios
  • Liquor licensing, gaming law, and strategic planning advice
  • Due diligence for large infrastructure and capital projects
This role allows you to enjoy the challenge of top-tier work while benefiting from a hybrid work environment, flexible start/finish times, and family-friendly policies. Whether you're managing a busy home life, commuting from afar, or seeking a better work-life blend, this firm has built the infrastructure to support you.

Key Requirements:
  • At least 3-5 years PAE in commercial property or real estate law
  • Exposure to complex transactions, leasing, and structured titling
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interest in autonomy and flexible work practices
  • Bonus if you have experience in rural acquisitions or liquor licensing
On Offer:
  • Hybrid work model – enjoy the freedom of working from home several days a week
  • Flexible hours tailored to your lifestyle, family, or personal needs
  • Diverse property work with blue-chip clients across healthcare, retail, and development
  • Join a high-performing team with award-winning partners and mentors
  • A culture that values outcomes over hours – your performance matters, not your desk time
  • Comprehensive wellbeing, family support, and purchased leave options
  • Participate in national initiatives including pro bono, social justice, and sustainability projects
