About the Position: This is a career-defining opportunity for a Senior Associate to join a premier Commercial Property practice based in Brisbane, with a genuine commitment to flexibility and work-from-home options. You’ll play a key role in complex transactions involving:

• Major commercial, retail, and rural property acquisitions
• Structured title developments and mixed-use projects
• Commercial, industrial, and retail leasing portfolios
• Liquor licensing, gaming law, and strategic planning advice
• Due diligence for large infrastructure and capital projects

Key Requirements:

• At least 3-5 years PAE in commercial property or real estate law
• Exposure to complex transactions, leasing, and structured titling
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Bonus if you have experience in rural acquisitions or liquor licensing
