About the Position:
Our client is looking for a
Junior Commercial Property Lawyer who is ready to take the next step in their legal journey. This is a rare opportunity to grow within a highly respected practice that places a strong emphasis on mentorship, quality client service, and career development.
You’ll work alongside experienced lawyers on a variety of property transactions including:
- Commercial leasing and acquisition
- Property development matters
- Subdivision and strata title issues
- Retail and industrial property sales
The client portfolio is diverse—ranging from property developers and commercial landlords to family-owned businesses and private investors. You’ll play a key role in managing client expectations, contributing to legal strategy, and refining your skills in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
Key Requirements: - Minimum 3 years PAE with a focus on property or commercial law
- Proven ability to draft and review legal documents with precision
- Strong interest in developing a long-term career in property law
- Confident communicator with sound judgement and commercial awareness
- A team player with initiative and a desire to learn
On Offer: - Mentorship from senior lawyers committed to your development
