About the Position: Our client is seeking an
experienced Conveyancer to join their property team. In this role, you’ll manage a
variety of residential and commercial conveyancing files from start to finish, with autonomy and access to legal support as needed.
The firm handles a steady pipeline of
off-the-plan, residential, and small commercial transactions, catering to both first-home buyers and seasoned investors. You’ll work with
modern conveyancing tools, benefit from
streamlined systems, and enjoy a workplace that truly values your contribution.
Key responsibilities include: - Managing end-to-end property transactions
- Liaising with clients, agents, and banks
- Preparing and reviewing contracts and legal documents
- Handling PEXA settlements and compliance
Key Requirements: - Proven experience in residential and/or commercial conveyancing
- Strong understanding of QLD property law and conveyancing procedures
- Proficiency with conveyancing software (e.g., PEXA, Smokeball, LEAP)
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- Ability to manage multiple files with attention to detail
- Friendly and proactive team player
