Step into a pivotal Property Law role with a well-established Victorian firm, working closely with a Partner on large-scale developments, leases and tax-related matters. Perfect for a 4–6 PQE Property lawyer seeking genuine growth and technical challenge.

The Role

- Advise on leasing, sales, acquisitions and subdivisions
- Navigate property tax implications and complex title issues
- Manage adverse possession and boundary matters
- Work closely with conveyancers to ensure seamless client service
