What you’ll be doing:

You will handle a diverse workload that includes complex estate planning, succession structures, trust considerations and high quality estate litigation. The role is suited to someone who enjoys sophisticated work while maintaining meaningful client relationships.

• Manage high value and sensitive estate disputes
• Draft comprehensive planning documents and provide strategic advice
• Guide clients through administration and contested processes
• Contribute to practice development and continuous improvement

What you’ll bring:

• Minimum five years experience across estate planning and litigation
• Strong technical capability in both advisory and contested work
• Confidence managing files with independence and professionalism
• A thoughtful, client centred approach aligned with a boutique practice
