About the role!
You will help keep the finance function accurate, compliant and well organised. The role blends regular accounts work with legal-specific trust responsibilities, making it a great opportunity for someone with legal accounts experience or a strong bookkeeping background.
- Process payroll
- Manage accounts payable
- Handle trust account compliance
- Process trust receipts and office receipts
- Complete bookkeeping in Xero
- Prepare reconciliations
- Assist with BAS
- Maintain clean, accurate finance records
- Support the broader team with accounts administration
What you'll bring! - Experience as a Legal Accounts Officer, Accounts Officer, Bookkeeper, Payroll Officer or similar
- Xero experience
- Confidence with reconciliations, payroll, AP and receipting
- Trust accounting experience or legal accounts exposure will be highly regarded
- Strong attention to detail and a compliance-aware mindset
- A reliable, organised and team-minded approach
