Our client is looking for a
Senior CT Radiographer to join our clients' team within a well-established private imaging network in
Southern Sydney. This opportunity spans
two private clinics and a private hospital environment, offering a diverse and highly engaging workload across
outpatient and inpatient services.
Working as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team, you will be supported by experienced Radiographers, Sonographers, clerical staff and on-site Doctors across key locations. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced CT Radiographer seeking variety, autonomy and the chance to work across busy, well-equipped departments.
About the position:
Our client is looking for a confident and capable Senior CT Radiographer with strong CT capability and a patient-focused approach. This role will see you working across
multiple sites, including a private hospital with theatre exposure, established private clinics, and a smaller community-focused site.
The caseload is varied and includes:
- CT imaging, including contrast studies
- General X-ray
- Inpatient and outpatient imaging
- Theatre and hospital-based imaging at the private hospital site
- Exposure to mammography and OPG environments, depending on site needs
You will be joining departments with
strong daily volumes and a
steady CT workload.
The departments are equipped with:
- GE CT systems
- Agfa mobile X-ray, fluoroscopy and general X-ray at the hospital site
- Hologic 3D mammography
- Shimadzu DR X-ray at one clinic location
This is a
rotating roster position with
7.6-hour weekday shifts, shared on-call and a half-day Saturday roster. The on-call component is shared across a stable permanent team with casual support, helping maintain a balanced roster.
Key Requirements: - AHPRA registration as a Medical Radiation Practitioner
- Proven CT experience, ideally 4+ years in CT
- Strong capability in cannulation and contrast-enhanced CT scans
- Ability to work confidently across private clinic and hospital settings
- Strong patient care and communication skills
- Team-focused approach with the ability to work independently when required
- Cardiac CT experience will be highly regarded but is not essential
